End of Year Gifts for my Students

It is the end of the year and everyone is starting to think about what they can give their students that is special! This year seems to be a little bit different because we have not been in school for so long. I wanted to make my kids’ gift a little more meaningful this year.

The links in this post are to help you guys in case you want to order anything I talk about in this blog! We will get a small portion from any purchase that is made through these links, but these are mostly to help you guys! (:

What I made for my kiddos this year using my circut:

  • Personalized Cup- I got my cups on a 50% off sale at Michaels, but you can also get them here on amazon. They are a little more expensive this way, but you may can catch them on a sale or maybe even find something similar at dollar general.
    • I get my fonts from fontbundle.net and sometimes from dafont.com
  • Pencils- I used these as rewards in the classroom during the school year for bigger things we were working for. They always love getting them and seeing how long they will last, so I thought these would be cute to throw in. I get mine in the Target Dollar Spot!
  • Class Picture Sticker- This is the personal touch I wanted to add because I thought it would be super cute and memorable for my kiddos. I am obsessed with how these turned out and they were so easy. *You do NOT have to have a cricut for these. Print the class pictures on the paper and cut them out with scissors since it will be a square.
  • Brag Tags- I use these as my reward system in the classroom. I send them home at Christmas as part of their Christmas gift and I send them home at the end of the year. I will probably add a few brag tags to each of my kids rings since they were not in school for the last few months.
I already had all the supplies at home for the gift I made, but I wanted to add some other ideas I found and came up with that you could also make and buy for a decent price!
  • Bubble wands. These are the cutest things ever and they are perfect for summer or for your students to continue the fun of quarantine at home!
  • Sunglasses- These would be perfect with a printed class picture as the tag and a personalized not to each student and would be small enough to mail.
  • Chalk- You could throw in 3 pieces of chalk with a list of ideas for how the kiddos could use it. I will leave a few ideas and images down below!
    • Sidewalk brain gym- ex: frog hop 6 times, bear crawl, ski hops, cloud jumps. Get creative!
    • Sidewalk Geometric shapes- Tape off an area of the sidewalk and color in between the tape.
    • Drawing competition- Set a timer and pick a random thing to draw. Compete with someone else to see who could draw it faster.
  • Beach Balls- This one does not seem so special, but it would be so cute to write each student a personalized note on their beach ball!
  • Galaxy Slime- This one speaks for itself! Every kid is still obsessed with slime!
  • Watercolor Paint- I love this idea! So many kids are bored at home because they are running out of activities to do. This would be something fun to send with a printed coloring sheet!
